Job Title: Data Entry Clerk/ Receptionist/ Contract Management
Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our food broker team. We sell into distribution and key end users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, maintaining and creating contracts, bill backs, order entry and up to date data. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity and efficiency within our sales organization.
Responsibilities:
- Input and update data into computerized databases and Excel spreadsheets and manufacturer specific OS.
- Transcribe information from paper documents into digital formats.
- Maintain organized records of data and ensure accuracy.
- Assist in data collection from team members and input it into monthly reporting systems.
- Work with various databases to retrieve and input information accurately.
- Perform basic math calculations to verify numerical data entries.
Experience:
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Excel, computerized systems, and office software.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data entry processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
