Job Title: Customer Service and Warehouse Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, and communicating efficiently between vendors and customers. basic warehouse functions with packing and shipping of samples and product to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, in a professional and timely manner
- Provide customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process quotes, orders, accurately in the system then cut and ship rolls of fabric from warehouse per customers specifications.
- Enter orders with vendors and communicate pertinent information to clients
Skills:
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and ability to utilize all computer skills including microsoft office products including excel and word.
- Ability to analyze customer needs when challenging situations arise and recommend appropriate solutions to clients, management, and vendors.
- Prior experience customer service roles required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Warehouse will require you to lift rolls of fabric which can weigh as much as 50-75 lbs.
