Medical Assistant: $14.00/hr - $21.18/hr based on experience
Certified Medical Assistant: $15.51/hr - $23.32/hr based on experience
Up to $10,000 in rewards paid over 5 years
And
$5,000 Relocation Incentive if you live greater than 50 miles from Clinic

JOB DUTIESRespond to general patient inquiries regarding treatment and clinic policies and procedures; Prepare patients for the health care visit by accompanying them to the examining room; providing examination gowns and drapes; positioning patients for examination and/or treatment; arranging examining room instruments, supplies, and equipment.
Verify patient information by interviewing patient; reviewing and/or recording medical history; taking vital signs; confirming purpose of visit or treatment.
Support care delivery by helping health care providers during examinations; preparing laboratory specimens; performing basic laboratory tests on the premises; disposing of contaminated supplies; sterilizing medical instruments; administering medications on the premises; authorizing drug refills as directed; telephoning prescriptions to pharmacies; drawing blood; preparing patients for x-rays; taking electrocardiograms; removing sutures; changing dressings.
Educate patients by providing medication and diet information and instructions; answering questions; complete records by recording patient examination, treatment, and test results.
Maintain stock levels and order clinic supplies; keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Consistently communicate in a professional and courteous manner; Provide in-service training and precepting as directed.
May complete unit/department specific duties and expectations as outlined in department documents.
This position may be expected to float to other clinic locations, it is not intended to float full time unless otherwise indicated.
