Security Guard company seeks an Excel wiz with VBA development to help manage our security guard company. Our payroll, scheduling and invoicing are all handled using a sophisticated Excel workbook and this job requires someone being able to quickly learn and troubleshoot issues when they arise. Other software knowledge and being generally tech-savvy is sought. In addition, we are seeking someone with some interest in helping our guard business in other capacities, ideally recruiting, sundry HR tasks.
Position requires someone willing to work in the field at one or several of our guard sites (guard booths and/or lobbies). Locations are generally quiet with minimal activity; however, it's worth stressing again that a willingness to work in some guard capacity is required. Position also involves working with -- and being trained by -- our CEO with the mission to help ensure our staff is high-functioning and clients are satisfied with service.
Strong written and oral communication skills are required. Good customer-service and conflict resolution skills also critical.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
