General Summary:
Work with our customers and internal staff to help them place orders and answer questions.
Essential Job Functions:
- Deal directly with customers and sales staff by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services via phone, electronically or face to face.
- Resolves product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s request; determining the cause of any issues; selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Assist with returns and replacements.
- Respond promptly to all inquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Process orders and requests
- Organize workflow to meet timeframes
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Other customer care duties as assigned by customer care manager
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
Communication Skills:
- Verbal and written
- Pleasant telephone voice/manner
- Ability to compose correspondence'

Pay: $37,440.00 - $39,520.00 per year
