The regional sales executive is responsible for the promotion and sales portions of Durkee's complete portfolio of Durkeesox fabric duct system and Durkflex at Taxes . The regional sales executive will be responsible for developing and achieving maximum sales volume and profit in defined Territory.

Job Responsibilities
1.Achieve targeted growth objectives. Build and manage distributor networks in the assigned territory with focused commercial and industrial sectors to deliver targeted business growth and optimum profitability.
2. Build connections with owners, mechanical engineers, and architects with Durkees offerings and benefit to increase demand and win the business.
3. Maintain influence throughout project design, technical and sales support for our customers.
4. Work closely with our technical and inside teams to strengthen the execution.
5. Analysis industry trends; deep knowledge of competitors offerings and activities to assist to develop marketing and sales strategies.
6. Activity reporting and accountability; maintain activity targets and reporting of actions taken to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
- Sales working experience in commercial HVAC/R field is preferred.
- Strongly self-motivated, goal-oriented and results-driven
- Resides in the assigned states preferred.
- The ability to be travel up to at least 50% of working days.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical field preferred.
