Position Summary:
We are looking to hire a talented and eager Project Delivery Associate to join our team in a remote position. As a Project Delivery Associate, you will be a member of the Strategic Accounts team, contributing to the successful delivery of Scout Clinical’s services for key clients, ensuring that we exceed their expectations. Reporting into the Director of Project Delivery role, you will provide indirect support to patients and sites participating in clinical research trials, performing activities in support of overall project management. This role is a fully remote full-time position.
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

Ensure site users are provided with portal access within the contractually agreed duration
-
Manage client-facing Shared Mailbox for the processing of portal user access requests
-
Maintain status tracker of all portal user access requests, facilitating timely issue resolution
-
Appropriately route and facilitate the required actions for all correspondence received in client-facing Shared Mailbox
-
Receive and process on-time payments that are to be made to patients based upon the client’s delivery of data listings, to include maintaining daily updates in data listing status tracker
-
Facilitate to resolution inquiries regarding patient payments to be made per data listings
-
Assist with the development of training materials for client-specific processes

Assist the Strategic Accounts team with ad hoc activities as needed
The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills, and knowledge:
-
Minimum of three years’ experience within the customer service or life sciences industry preferred
-
AA degree or higher preferred
-
Proficient with MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
-
Ability to handle multiple projects / tasks simultaneously
-
Ability to track and manage key activities / dates / status updates / deadlines
