The primary purpose of the Customer Service Representative is provide exceptional customer service while performing duties such as answering phones and scheduling appointments with customers, calling and entering internet leads, responding to customer via chat system, data entry, and processing payments over the phone.
At Coastal Comfort, we emphasize excellence in customer service. To be successful in this role, CSR candidates should be patient, professional, organized, mindful, and can work well as a team. Candidates should be comfortable working with computers, general office tasks, and be able to communicate clear and concise through verbal and written forms of communication
