The Director of National and Host Accounts at Avanti Destinations will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and performance of national and host accounts. This role involves overseeing account management, developing strong relationships with key partners, and achieving revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:·
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement effective strategies to manage and grow national and host accounts on a management level ensuring alignment with overall company goals.·
- Team Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with a team of Regional Sales Directors dedicated to advisor development and training, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain robust relationships with key partners and clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels.·
- Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities for revenue growth, set goals, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.·
- Market Insights: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and Senior VP of Industry Relations.·
- Budget Oversight: Manage the budget for national and host accounts, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial performance.·
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, product development, reservations, and operations teams to support account initiatives and ensure seamless service delivery.·
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and strategic initiatives to senior management.·
- Meetings and Events: Attend virtual and in-person meetings with strategic partners at various locations. Present Avanti Destinations at national events. Travel required 50% of the time, which would include overnight and weekends.

Education and Qualifications:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 10 Years Travel Industry experience

- LANGUAGE ABILITY: Ability to use passive vocabulary of 5,000-6,000 words; read at a slow rate; and define unfamiliar words in dictionaries for meaning, spelling, and pronunciation. Ability to write complex sentences, using proper punctuation, and using adjectives and adverbs. Ability to communicate in complex sentences, using normal word order with present and past tense and good vocabulary.
