What will you be doing?
As our Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service quality. Your primary focus will be to manage customer interactions efficiently, update customer records accurately, and follow up on customer requests and concerns. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.

What we’re looking for in you:
