Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and we offer $95 - $110 per hour. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing parent education and training, and utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques. The role is primarily located in the New York City Metropolitan Area but allows for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Experience in conducting behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Ability to provide parent education and training
- Knowledge of psychology and behavior management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the field of applied behavioral analytics
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- LBA certificate to work in New York
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavior analytic programs
- Provide training to caregivers and staff on behavior management techniques
- Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Special Education, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder preferred
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and patient assessment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients and their families
