The company you'll join
We exist to make investing in the private markets as easy as Robinhood did for public stocks.
More and more people invest in private equity and venture capital every day. Even though this asset class has been around for decades, it wasn't built to handle this volume of investors. Signing up for Robinhood? It takes two minutes. Investing in a VC fund? You've got to fill out a 200-question questionnaire each time that you make an investment. The forms aren't standardized and not every question applies to every investor. Investors miss questions or answer the wrong ones and then have to redo the entire thing.
We built a TurboTax-style workflow for investors to only see the questions that matter to them and see every question that matters to them to make fund closing (i.e. the process of investing into a VC fund) easy. Our world record document completion time is two minutes.
That may sound boring but we've processed billions of dollars for thousands of investors. And by having an investor run through our workflow, we capture their identity so we can allow them to repurpose it wherever they'd like in the future. We call this an "investor passport" and it's the whole reason we built this business.
The impact you’ll have
Partnerships are the cornerstone of our go-to-market motion and you’ll help us unlock it even more.
The Partnership Program Manager will help drive all strategic and operational initiatives across all partner channels. You'll be instrumental in the creation, execution, and success of our partnerships roadmap and strategy, and work across all stages of the partnerships lifecycle. You’ll become an expert in our product to understand how different partners (and their clients) use it and will communicate that back to our legal, accounting, and technology partners. Reporting to Passthrough’s Partnerships Lead, this role will involve working cross-functionally with both external and internal partners, stakeholders, decision makers, users, and team members.

Proactively identify opportunities to increase efficiency of partnerships channels and independently pull together plans to execute on those opportunities
Support development and ongoing maintenance of partner enablement/engagement materials, processes, strategies and programs
Support memorialization of best practices via ongoing development of partnerships playbooks
Perform ongoing and ad-hoc data analysis to support company and team decision-making and prioritization
Manage day-to-day operations of partnerships program
Own build and maintenance of reporting dashboards, tech stack, and resource bases
Execute on priority projects from start-to-finish
Work cross-functionally with our sales, marketing, operations, and product/design/eng teams to implement new initiatives & manage change
The qualifications we’re looking for:
3-5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, management consulting or other related disciplines. Experience with partnerships or go-to-market operations and strategy is highly preferred but not required.
You take extreme ownership over projects/initiatives you lead and are able to seamlessly handle and multiple competing priorities.
You have experience creating, launching, and maintaining content, processes, and programs used by both internal and external teams
You enjoy proactively coming up with solutions when you notice inefficiencies and are always looking for ways to reduce ambiguity.
You’re comfortable working cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders and team members in a range of roles and possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
A note on qualifications: We believe that high-performing teams include people from different backgrounds and experiences who can challenge each other's assumptions with fresh perspectives. If you’re excited about the role and the company but don’t have all of the qualifications we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
