Ventegra is a rapidly growing, fast-paced, innovative virtual company. Our Customer Care Team provides excellent customer service to our clients, members, and partners. The Customer Care Team Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day operations and staff, as well as developing and implementing operations and department policies to successfully meet contract deliverables.
Duties:
- Monitors and supervises daily workload of customer service areas, ensuring performance standards are met
- Manage, monitor, and maintain the CCT knowledge database
- Assists with determining work procedures, work schedules, and workflows
- Communicates new or revised information related to day-to-day processes, including but not limited to procedures, policies, and client guidelines; Ensures pull-through for entire team success
- Assists in the development and training of team; conducts staff performance review sessions
- Manages, and maintains all service contracts/agreements and warranties, including the CRM functionality to include tickets issued, outstanding, and completed time
- Encourages involvement from all staff and fosters a positive team environment
- Ensure all employee issues and concerns are addressed timely, and in accordance with department policies and company policies
- Work with other business departments on various CCT assignments
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree Required
- 3+ years of proven supervisory experience, preferred in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal) and organizational skills
- Exceptional listening and critical thinking skills
- 3+ years of Customer Service Experience preferred in the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated excellent ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Pharmacy Technician License preferred
