Your Role:
As a Administrative Cashier you will play an important role in Mayesh operations, assisting with processing our warehouse invoicing clients and other administrative duties. Will be working alongside our departments.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, cashier, administrative role, and retail, particularly within the floral industry, is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record-keeping.
- Flexibility to work weekdays and occasional weekends as needed.
Expectations:
Administrative Tasks:
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with product selection and pricing information.
- Prepare and maintain customer accounts and orders in the system.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and branch-related paperwork.
- Support the branch manager with administrative tasks as required.
Warehouse Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and organize floral products and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are replenished as needed.
- Supervise and assist in the loading and unloading of shipments.
- Manage product rotation and minimize waste.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized to meet safety standards.
Cashier Duties:
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the cash register.
- Accurately process customer orders and payments.
- Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions in a secure manner.
- Balance cash register and prepare daily cash reports.
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Address customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the branch manager and warehouse staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
- Collaborate with other branch administrators to share best practices and ensure consistency.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 42 per week
