The_ Senior Marketing Programs Specialist _ will be responsible for managing and setting the direction of several signature marketing programs for Allied Air. Working with key stakeholders to socialize your vision, you will be empowered as a creative marketing professional to drive excellence and results of these programs. Using your independence to get things done, you will have a wide-range of creative liberty and resources to drive programs to accelerate sell-through of our product. You will need to have a collaborative consultative communication style with fresh ideas, the ability to execute on those ideas independently establishing key performance indicators and regularly reporting on these metrics. You will learn the product, the sales channel, our customers, and define the pathways for these programs to be successful.
You play a critical role on the marketing programs team, setting strategic vision and executing the plans throughout the channel. In addition to the responsibilities already mentioned, you will:
- Work with manager to set overall programs strategy, including the financial and reporting metrics for existing marketing programs
- Design and maintain merchandising guidelines for your programs, generating new and innovative ideas while maintaining a consistent customer experience especially during the product development cycle
- Manage, develop, and implement policies and benefits of these programs and initiatives to maximize the return on our investment
- Research, evaluate and recommend new or enhancements to the existing programs
- Continually benchmark your program offerings against key competitors, ensuring a superior offering to our customers
- Direct programs to align with defined company marketing and sales strategy
- Collaborate with product management and brand marketing, engineers and technical support teams
- Plan and execute a marketing budget in support of your program goals
This position is a hybrid role working Monday through Thursday in the office with the option to work on Friday at home.
The Compensation range for this position is approximately $78,000 - $102,900 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum five years related experience of which at least three years of experience is related to marketing programs

- Financial acumen and the ability to translate marketing investments into profitable returns
