Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data entry, possess excellent phone etiquette, and have the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize medical terminology when interacting with healthcare professionals
- Analyze customer inquiries to provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct calls in both English and Spanish as needed Preferred, Not Required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Ability to analyze information and resolve customer issues effectively
