Job Title: Personal Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in nursing, senior care, and working with individuals with autism. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication administration, meal preparation, and providing long-term care to those in need.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) for individuals requiring support
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Provide senior care and support to elderly individuals
- Assist in nursing home settings with daily tasks and care
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed to support individuals with mobility challenges
- Work closely with individuals with autism to provide necessary assistance and support
- Provide long-term care and companionship to those in need of assistance
Experience:
- Previous experience in nursing or caregiving roles
- Familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs) and medication administration
- Experience in senior care or working in nursing home environments
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks when required
- Experience working with individuals with autism is a plus
- Knowledge of providing long-term care and companionship
Skills:
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with individuals in need
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a caregiving team
- Attention to detail when administering medications and following care plans
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting
