Processes customer and supplier warranty claims in Liebherr Warranty Manager and/or LISA CPS. Create and process warranty related service processes in LISA SMS. Gathers all supporting documentation in order to complete the processing of warranty claims within the required processing times. Ensures that claims contain all the required information and details in order to allow suppliers to process warranty claims on receipt. Determines or assists the Spare Parts and/or Service teams with establishing shipping addresses as required. Create and process Warranty Spare Parts Sales Orders in the ERP system.
