This position requires applicant to work with individuals with a variety of disabilities including elderly, developmentally disabled and mental illness. Position involves completing assessments and managing day to day decisions for individuals referred through the court guardianship system. Knowledge of Wisconsin Long Term Care, Social Security Benefits, Case Management and Medical diagnosis desirable. Valid Driver's License with insurance and ability to travel throughout northern Wisconsin to visit clients when necessary. Prefer background in Social Service or Medical field. Bachelor's Degree preferred but will consider Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
