Job Summary: The Senior Professional Recruiter / Account Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates. This role requires a deep understanding of technical roles, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset to manage and grow client accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction with recruitment services.
- Collaborate with clients to develop job descriptions, define hiring criteria, and establish timelines.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of business with clients.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including HR, hiring managers, and technical leads, to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters and assist in their professional development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and account management.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and client account status.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting and account management.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and industry trends.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
