Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients upon arrival
- Check patients in and out
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about the services we offer
- Assist with scheduling patients and overseeing the schedule
- Process payments and maintain patient accounts
- Manage phone calls, emails, leads, and bookings
- Address patient complaints and escalate issues as needed
Skills:
- Experience in hospitality or related field
- Knowledge of front desk operations
- Strong phone etiquette
- Ability to handle patients professionally
- Familiarity with HIPAA
- Proficiency in medspa software
