Project Analyst :
The Project Analyst reports to the CFO. This person will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and analyzing project progress to identify trends, risks and opportunities for project improvement. This person will work closely with the project managers to communicate information and ensure the data is complete and accurate.

This position is critical to building our corporate infrastructure for continued growth and success and provides the opportunity to expand and grow your career in an open and collaborative team environment.
Primary responsibilities :
- Collecting and consolidating financial data for all projects
- Establishing key performance indicators
- Monitoring and evaluating the overall project performance
- Analyzing data and producing insights to optimize performance
- Contribute to project estimating, budgeting, and overall strategy
- Conducting feasibility analysis for proposed projects
- Reviewing job costing transactions
- Assisting with the implementation of NetSuite project management
- Oversight of accuracy and efficiencies within NetSuite
- Provide strategic reporting to Executive Team
