BETAH Associates is a professional services firm seeking a Program Manager. This position is remote, however, may require travel to our Rockville office and client site to attend meetings and conferences.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads the coordination and management of all work done under the task order.
- Plans, directs, and monitors the work of team members.
- Identifies and assigns staff for projects while managing project issues and roadblocks.
- Executes tasks and disseminates relevant information.
- Responsible for all aspects of performance, including tracking budgets, schedule, deliverables, and contractual compliance.
- Provides direction on projects from inception through completion.
- Provides technical and managerial assistance on all aspects of project management to comply with the technical requirements of the contract for the customer.
- Serves as the government?s primary point of contact for all support provided to the project.
Minimum Experience:
- Five years of directly relevant supervisory or management experience involving frequent, high-level technical, and time-critical needs in the marketing, media, and public information service areas.
- Requires experience in managing projects with specific results and deadlines.
- Must demonstrate superior oral and writing skills as well as outstanding analytic and problem-solving abilities.
