We currently have immediate opportunity for a Private Domestic/Office Assistant for a personal home. As a Private Domestic Housekeeper/Office Assistant you will be responsible for multiple household tasks, errands, and administrative tasks. This is a Part-Time position, with a potential of Full-time with flexible hours that avg about $15/hr. Schedule is flexible and must have a reliable transportation for errands and tasks (Gas Stipend provided)
Tasks & Accountabilities
Domestic Tasks
- Regular and deep cleaning of a private residence which includes but is not limited to:
- Laundry
- Trash collection and set out
- clean kitchen, bathrooms, master bedroom, hallways, stairs, basement, laundry room, etc
- sweep and mop floors
- vacuum carpets, rugs and draperies
- dust and polish furniture and fittings
- Wash Windows, Mirrors, etc
Administrative Tasks
- Ability to occasionally perform Admin/Customer Service duties as needed such as
- data entry, filing, scanning.
- Monitoring emails
- Scheduling
- Claim Solution/ Customer Service – will be working with customers disputes.
- Other administrative duties – per request
Requirements & Qualifications
- Reliable - Must show up to work.
- Must have reliable Transportation (Required)
- Workdays: 3-5 days/week
- Organization Skills (Required)
- Able to be self-motivated and a creative thinker.
- 1-2 years of experience in Housekeeping (Preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in Administrative duties (Preferred)
- Able to perform all essential job function without any reasonable accommodation.
- No Drug Test Required
- Outstanding customer Service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good written communication, problem solving skills
