Position
The Behavior Analyst is primarily responsible for assessing the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and providing client-specific behavior management consultation and training to Ambitions employees. Behavior Analysts must have a minimum of two years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders, and a Master’s Degree or higher in a behavior analysis or a related field such as education, medicine, psychology or social work. The Behavior Analyst must have, or be eligible for, board certification. The Behavior Analyst is a salaried exempt position that reports directly to the Program Supervisor or Regional Program Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a behavior analysis or related field plus two or more years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Must pass and maintain a criminal history background clearance from the Department of Justice.
- Must pass health screening requirement.
- Ability to effectively communicate in the spoken and written English language and demonstrate professional-level writing skills (legibility, spelling, grammar).
- Must meet and maintain all Company, State and Regional Center training requirements and certifications.
- Must provide all services within Ambitions’ policies and procedures, and all governing State law, regulations, and polices.

Pay: From $67,000.00 per year
