Responsibilities
Job Requirements (but not limited to):
- Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in a home-based setting.
- Collect data and implement treatment plans individualized for each child.
- Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
- Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to independently implement programming without daily supervision.
- Are a positive, team-driven person and can provide excellent customer service to clients
- Demonstrate high-level organizational skills
- Personal means of transportation (Willing to travel) - Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation (REQUIRED)
- Want to work in a collaborative environment and have opportunity for growth in an organization
- Seek feedback, supervision, and ongoing training
- High School Diploma (REQUIRED)
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Communication Disorders, Education or related field (PREFFERED)
- Must pass criminal background check/fingerprinting clearance
- Bilingual (PREFFERED)
- 1 year of full-time behavioral health work experience
- Required to have negative TB clearance
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
