Location: 6306 Benjamin Road Suite 606, Tampa, FL 33634
Pay: $12-$13/hr
Hours: Between 9am-6pm, 2-3 days a week
Job Type:Part-Time
As a Warehouse Associate at The Candle Pour, you will:
A. Prepare products for daily shop and wholesale operations including wicking candle vessels, bundling items, filling oils & other products.
B. Assist the daily, weekly, and monthly inventory processes, including prepping for the weekly shop needs drops.
C. Collaborate with the team in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
D. Play a key role in the process from start to finish for in-store & online retail and wholesale orders. The use of various tools and equipment may be required for all production.
E. Help maintain a safe work environment by following established safety procedures.
F. Collaborate with team members to ensure the overall success of the warehouse.
G. Assist in the daily & weekly warehouse cleaning, including office and warehouse areas.

Requirements:
*Proficient in math: A strong aptitude for mathematical calculations is required, as it involves measuring quantities, calculating inventory levels, and performing other mathematical functions relevant to warehouse operations. *Warehouse Associate: Supporting various aspects of wholesale and overall warehouse management, including order processing, inventory control, and collaboration with the management team. *Read and understand applications and programs for production needs: Ability to comprehend and effectively use software applications and programs related to warehouse management, order processing, and production requirements. *Experience in inventory management and control: Prior experience in overseeing and controlling inventory levels, implementing inventory management systems, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. *Inventory fulfillment: Managing the process of fulfilling orders by ensuring the accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products to customers or retail locations.
Work Environment:
A. Physical Activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking. Pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling. Talking, hearing, repetitive motion.
B. Physical Requirements: Medium work – ability to exert force up to 40-60 pounds.
C. Visual Acuity Requirements: Close visual acuity for various tasks.
D. Conditions: Subject to environmental conditions, noise, hazards, and atmospheric conditions.
