Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our dental office as a Front Desk Receptionist. As one of the first points of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a dental office is required. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments as necessary
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our treatments and insurance
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain databases (Dentrix knowledge required)
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with order entry and processing using computerized systems
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Skills:
- Working knowledge of Dentrix
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry and order processing
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to handle customer support inquiries with professionalism and patience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
