Job Summary
A thriving, locally owned and operated, community mental health clinic is looking for an outgoing clinician who is passionate about working with the underserved population.
Duties are based on your strengths and may include intake assessments, group therapy, individual therapy, and attending meetings with community partners.
We have a growing DUI Program and are seeking a Therapist who is organized and passionate about developing the Level II 4= Program.
Agency is located in three locations (Colorado Springs, Canon City and Pueblo).
Seeking a full-time Clinician who is willing to work in the office or a hybrid schedule (some time in the office and some time at your own home office).
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities and duties include being the Lead in the DUI 4= Program, carrying a clinical caseload, intake assessments, service plans, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings. conduct co-occurring assessments accurately and within established time frames; provides crisis intervention and brief psychotherapy to individuals; Coordinates patient care by providing recommendations and pertinent information to treatment providers regarding potentially helpful resources and formulating plans for aftercare.
Qualifications and Skills
A master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or a closely related field.
Colorado (DORA) registration as (LPC, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) or license-eligible with a CAS preferred.
We can provide Supervision toward your LPC, LCSW, LMFT or DVOMB.
Computer proficiency required.
Compensation
Salary range is $55,000-$65,000- based on experience and licensure status. (Plus Signing bonus)
***This is a SALARY position. You will be paid your wage even if the client does not attend their scheduled appointment. We do not contract fee for service.***
