We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and promote products or services.
Duties:
- Conduct warm calling to potential customers
- Answer incoming calls professionally and provide information about products or services
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or leads
- Negotiate and close sales deals over the phone
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and drive sales
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Use CRM software to update customer records and track interactions
Skills:
- Proficient in English and Spanish languages
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in business development and sales
- Ability to conduct warm calling effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions
- Prior experience in telemarketing is a plus
