About the role:
This position is for a caseworker/customer service associate.
As a Case Worker/Customer Service, you will be the communication bridge between clients and tax professionals. You will update and answer clients on their cases daily and collect documents for tax professionals to finalize clients’ cases.

Job Duties: (Some or all of the following)
- Serving as the point of contact between our clients and the Tax Professionals working on their tax services, such as resolution and tax prep.
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide case updates and ensure a healthy and positive client relationship.
- Complete daily tasks including but not limited to, examining client accounts for necessary documents to gather for tax professional review.
- Sending prepared IRS/State tax returns and financials to clients for review/signature.
- Make/receive customer service-type calls and provide an exceptional experience for our clients
- Work alongside a team of caseworkers/customer service representatives to ensure every client receives the best possible customer service experience.
- Running Finance Applications for clients
- Billing (Running payments, rescheduling, changing payment info)
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication (written & verbal) skills
- A strong multitasker with superior organizational skills
- Positive personality and friendly disposition
- Proficient computer skills (adobe, excel, word, CRM)
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Self-Motivated, willingness to learn & grow

Compensation:
The pay is $17.00/hr to start.
Operation Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST
