We are looking for a Spanish speaking Customer Service Representative that will assist our clients with their account questions, payments and any need they may have. The right candidates thrive in a fast past environment while going the extra mile for our patients. This job demands accurate data entry, exceptional communication and an assistant that is at ease with multitasking.
Responsibilities:
- First responder to all incoming calls
- Accurate data entry, accurate recording
- Answering questions in regards to our clients accounts
- Setting up consultations
- Meeting all task deadlines
- Providing our clients with unparalleled customer service
- Update client accounts
- Maintain all communication and correspondence in our contact management system
Requirements:
- Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Advanced ability to multitask accurately and effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to determine a patients needs and assist as a first responder when applicable
- Problem solving skills, strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong/Accurate written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, reliable and motivated.
- Eagerness to learn, excel, and take on additional responsibilities
- Exceptional listening skills to determine our patients needs
- Fluent in English
Education and Experience:
- Must have a high school diploma. College education a plus
- Typing proficient
- Customer Service experience a plus
- Proficiency with the MS Office Applications
Compensation:
- Full time 8:30-5:00pm Monday - Friday
- Paid Holidays
