Here at Tx Behavioral Supports we pride ourselves in providing high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our clients in home and in the community setting. We provide hands on supervision to meet board requirements and assist those seeking BCaBA and BCBA credentials to collect hours.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Description:
As an RBT you will be expected to understand the fundamental aspects of ABA, implement behavior plans as written, communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, fellow RBTs and your BCBA. Here at Tx Behavioral Supports we hold a high standard for quality care, focused on the clients needs and those of their caregivers.
This position requires an RBT with previous experience working with teen and preteen males, RBT must have experience with maladaptive behaviors of physical aggression, refusal (non-compliance), and task avoidance.
You will work closely with the Supervising BCBA and excellent communication skills is a must.

Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, families, and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in challenging situations
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client homes or other designated locations
- Ability to pass a background check
