The Operations Support IV (OS4) provides comprehensive analytical and program management support to senior-level executives, focusing on the operation, maintenance, testing, and repair of HM&E equipment on U.S. Navy surface ships or submarines. This role also involves overseeing event preparation, coordination, and tracking, along with providing correspondence support for key industry events. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily analytical and program management support to senior-level executives.
- Operate, maintain, test, and repair HM&E equipment on U.S. Navy surface ships or submarines.
- Oversee event preparation, coordination, and tracking.
- Provide correspondence support for key industry events.
- Support change/transformation efforts, including gap analysis, stakeholder interviews, and situational reports.
- Coordinate responses to technical specification and guidance documents related to credentialing and identity management.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or GED.
- Graduate of military schools providing in-depth knowledge of naval shipboard systems maintenance and operation, or a graduate of a trade, industrial, or correspondence school for engineering.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in operations support.
- Ten (10) years of experience providing daily analytical and program management support to senior-level executives.
- Five (5) years of experience in the operation, maintenance, testing, and repair of HM&E equipment on U.S. Navy surface ships or submarines.
- Five (5) years of experience overseeing event preparation, coordination, and tracking.
- Five (5) years of experience in correspondence support for key industry events, supporting change/transformation efforts, and coordinating responses to technical specification and guidance documents related to credentialing and identity management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced training or certification in naval shipboard systems or program management.
- Additional experience in change management or transformation projects.
