Our call center representatives are an integral part of our team and are responsible for providing excellent customer support.
The ideal candidate would have the following:
· An outgoing phone personality
· A can-do attitude
· A take charge mentality
· Good Listening Skills
· Some sales/telemarketing/appointment setting experience
· Computer knowledge to quickly work a CRM and Outlook as well as functional knowledge of computer systems
