A well-established, growing, and reputable Roofing Company is in need of a Production Manager to oversee and coordinate the installation of roofing systems. The rapid growth of our company has created a demand for someone who can step in and immediately hit the ground running. If you have Two (2) years of working with schedules, overseeing projects, bilingual (English/Spanish) and involved in roofing projects we want to talk with you. Essential Responsibilities
· Responsible for scheduling and managing roof system installations.
· Coordinates with crews, orders materials, arranges for dumpsters, and obtains necessary permits.
· Communicates with homeowners and property managers to set expectations.
· Ensures safety and compliance with OSHA regulations.
· Manages multiple installations per day, prioritizing safety protocols.
· Works with multiple suppliers and vendors in a professional manner.
· Maintains effective communication channels.
· Oversees and manages construction projects from start to finish.
· Coordinates and communicates with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of Two (2) years of experience in with a roofing company
- Verifiable expertise with Microsoft Excel Office Suites Programs.
- Experience in running crews while performing construction tasks necessary to meet schedule and budget requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage subcontractors, vendors, and employees.
- Knowledge of budgets, change orders and job estimating.
- Residential roofing experience with Tile, Shingles, and solar shingles is preferred.
- OSHA Certified is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is Required.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
