AWRC is a very busy, full-service integrative animal hospital. This means that we practice both Western and Eastern medicine. All of our doctors are trained in acupuncture and have herbal medicine knowledge. We frequently bring in or consult with veterinary specialists to work with our patients so we can provide the best care possible. We are also a complete rehabilitation referral center including Class IV therapy laser, full gym, therapeutic ultrasound, electrical stimulation, spinal manipulation, acupuncture, regenerative medicine, and underwater treadmill. We take pride in staying progressive in veterinary medicine, and both our equipment and facility are clean and well-cared for. We practice low-stress handling and always put the needs of the patients first.
We are seeking a client service representative to answer a multi-line phone system, respond to emails and text messages, schedule appointments, obtain medical records, and take payments. This person must have a positive attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and outstanding client communication skills. We frequently check clients out within the exam room due to the mobility needs of our patients, so you would be active throughout the workday, rather than being seated at a desk all day long.
We work in a team environment, and everyone helps each other. Drama and rule-breaking will not be tolerated. The shift for which we need coverage is 9:30 am-close out at end of day, Monday through Friday. We strive to achieve a healthy work-life balance, and care about our team members.
