As a Customer Service and Administrative Support representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellent customer service at CME4Life and providing administrative support to Yolo Sage, our newest brand. Your primary responsibilities will include processing customer orders, answering phones, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and Birdeye, and processing event registrations for CME4Life. During downtime, you will provide administrative support to Yolo Sage. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service (CME4Life):
Order Processing:
- Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies promptly.
Phone Support:
- Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide assistance and information, address inquiries, and resolve customer concerns.
Email and Birdeye Communication:
- Respond to customer emails and messages in a timely and helpful manner.
- Utilize the Birdeye platform to manage customer feedback and reviews.
- Maintain a positive online presence and reputation for our brand.
Event Registration:
- Assist customers with event registration processes, including answering questions and troubleshooting issues.
- Ensure that all event registrations are processed accurately and promptly.
Administrative Support (Yolo Sage):

- Assist in setting up logistics for ongoing TED Talks and keynotes.
- Provide document editing and basic graphic design for book projects and marketing materials.
- Assist our Marketing Director in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and communications.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging logistics and preparing materials.
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned by the management teams at CME4Life and Yolo Sage.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office, Google Workplace, Canva, and WordPress.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Knowledge of Birdeye or a willingness to learn the platform.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with document editing and basic graphic design, particularly for books.
- High-speed internet connection and a computer with video meeting capabilities are required.
