We are seeking a Intake Support Specialist to join our Mesa Outpatient Clinic. This location provides mental health treatments, including medication monitoring and assistance for persons with addictions.
The Intake Support Specialist will work in-office Monday-Friday, standard business hours.
Job Preview at a Glance:
The Intake Support Specialist serves as a central support within the interdisciplinary team. This staff member conducts a high volume of intakes, leads groups, and provides brief service appointments (30-45 minutes).
Responsibilities:
Completing intake and annual behavioral health assessments, including service planning and support planning
Facilitating CFTs and ARTs
Facilitating groups
Education & Qualifications:
- Minimum requirement consists of a 21-year age
- A high school diploma, plus six weeks of behavioral health experience required.
- Required to maintain personal auto insurance per SBH guidelines.
- Must have fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or be eligible to receive within eight (8) weeks of hire.
