The Role: Customer Success Manager I
As a CSM I, you'll be the bridge between our clients and our life-saving solutions. You'll build strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring they maximize the value of our products and achieve their safety and compliance goals.
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic success plans for assigned enterprise accounts

Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and product adoption

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues

Conduct regular business reviews, presenting data-driven insights and ROI analysis

Maintain a Net Renewal Rate of 100%+ while exceeding growth quotas
What You'll Bring:

1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles
-
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets

Strong communication and presentation skills

Proficiency with Salesforce and customer success platforms

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

Experience in EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) or compliance management

Ability to engage effectively with senior and executive-level contacts
