Job Description:

The PM represents the Contractor in all aspects of its relationship with the Department of Justice and this requirement.

The PM is responsible for all on-site, day-to-day management of the project and is also responsible for creating and maintaining the schedule of all projects initiated or inherited under this engagement.

Planning and Strategy: Program managers define the program's vision, goals, and roadmap. They break down the program into smaller, manageable projects and ensure they all align with the overall strategy.

Project Management Oversight: They provide guidance and support to project managers, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver results that contribute to the program's success.

Budget Management: Program managers develop and manage the program budget, allocating resources effectively across projects.

They also monitor spending and make adjustments as needed.

Risk Management: Proactive program managers identify potential risks that could derail the program and develop mitigation plans to address them.

Communication and Stakeholder Management: Keeping everyone informed is crucial. Program managers communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from project teams to senior leadership.
Performance Measurement and Reporting: They track the program's progress against goals and objectives, identify areas for improvement, and report on program performance to stakeholders.
